Pectoral implants are suitable in two specific cases: young men with an insufficiently developed rib cage or mature men with sagging breasts.
The pectoral muscles, located on the chest, are divided into two groups of muscles: the large pectoral on the lower part and the small pectoral on the upper part. For some men, strength training exercises that aim to develop these two muscles alternately fail to develop the pectoral muscles sufficiently.
The only solution to have a well-muscled chest is then to have prostheses fitted.
